Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from BlackTie.com, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

In order to return an item, you must obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. To obtain a return authorization number, please fill out the form below:

We will then email you your RMA number and a $15 prepaid return label. Please tape the label on the outside of the box and send the package to:

If you prefer to ship the items back using your own shipping carrier instead of our prepaid return label, please return your item(s) using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number (such as UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc) so you can keep track of your return.

Once we receive and process your return, we will refund your credit card for the full product amount.
