Yes - please request a Return Authorization (RMA) through our returns portal first, and write it on your return so our team can match it to your order.

Yes. We process exchanges as new orders - order the replacement so it ships right away, then send the original item back within the 30-day window.

You have options. We provide an optional prepaid UPS return label for your convenience; if you use it, $15 is deducted from your refund. You're also welcome to ship the return back using your own carrier of choice.

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Keep in mind it can take 1–5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse, plus standard processing time after inspection.

All returns and exchanges must be received by our returns department within 30 days of receiving your order.
