When to Order
& Tailoring

Your look, ready well before the big day.

Once your wedding look is finalized, your party can start ordering. Give everyone room for delivery, a proper try-on, and the finishing touches that make a suit feel their own.

A little planning. A lot of peace of mind.

Order early. Get comfortable.
Enjoy the celebration.

There’s no need to wait until the wedding gets closer. We ship after you order—we don’t hold your outfit until your event date.

  1. 01

    View your wedding look

Open your Wedding Suit Planner invitation to see the suit or tuxedo, color, and accessories selected for you. Your look is ready—next, choose your sizes.

  2. 02

    Place your order

Choose your sizes and order when you’re ready. Each member can order individually, without waiting for the whole party.

  3. 03

    Try it on promptly

As soon as it arrives, try on the complete outfit. Check the jacket, pants, shirt, and shoes together.

  4. 04

    Resolve the fit

Need another size? Order the replacement and return the eligible original item within the return window, before any alterations.

  5. 05

    Tailor & finish

Have your pants hemmed and any final adjustments made. Try the full look on again before the wedding.

Fast shipping.
Time for the details.

Orders usually ship within one business day. Some items ship from vendor warehouses and may need an additional 1–2 business days of processing. Transit time is additional. Order sooner rather than later to leave room for delivery, replacement sizes, and your tailor’s schedule.

The finishing touch

Your pants arrive unfinished.
Your tailor makes them yours.

Our pants come with unfinished hems so you can have them tailored to your preferred length. Plan for hemming before your event.

  • Confirm your size and fit before alterations.
  • Bring your wedding shoes to the fitting.
  • Discuss your preferred length and trouser break.
  • Allow time for a final try-on after tailoring.

A note for every member

Buy early.
Try on right away.

Ordering ahead gives you flexibility. Checking the fit promptly gives you time to act if something needs changing.

Keep original tags and packaging while you check your outfit. Return items must be unworn and unaltered, and must reach our returns department within 30 days of receiving your order.

The return window is based on when your order arrives—not your wedding date. Check the full policy for eligibility and instructions before returning anything.

Good to know

A few common questions

Does everyone need to order at the same time?

No. Once the couple has finalized and shared the wedding look, each member can place their own order. The Wedding Suit Planner helps the couple keep track of the party’s progress.

How far ahead should I order?

We recommend ordering sooner rather than later once your look is confirmed. Leave several weeks for processing, delivery, trying on, any replacement sizes, and tailoring. Your tailor’s availability and shipping destination can affect how much time you need.

What if the wedding is coming up soon?

Contact our team before ordering for help checking your options. Shipping speed is only one part of the plan—you’ll also need time to check the fit and have your pants hemmed.

Should I have the pants hemmed before deciding on the fit?

No. Confirm that you’re keeping the size and style before any tailoring. Altered items are not eligible for return. Wear the shoes you plan to use for the wedding when your tailor measures the hem.
