The cufflinks were damaged right out of the box as one of the black decorative pieces fell right off the sleeve link. The return policy charges $15 for a prepaid return which makes it almost pointless to return. Very disappointed as these were for my wedding. The silver lining is they arrived on time I suppose...just unusable.
