“I cannot review the product I ordered since I ordered it almost 3 weeks ago and I haven't received it yet. I do not blame black tie for the package being lost but I do blame them for holding my money and not issuing a refund until the package is located by UPS!!!!! This is ridiculous. They have had my $254 but won't issue a refund and i still do not have a suit. The lady on the phone was blaming it on a UPS policy that prevents tehm from refunding me. Let's be clear, UPS does not prevent teh company from doing anything. UPS has a duty to deliver this package, they did not (it still shows as trying to locate package on teh website) so they fail and this is a problem that should not affect the customers. Lots of companies would have either issued a refund or send a replacement without waiting for UPS. Black tie should be the one dictating their refund / replacement poliy not UPS.”
