The product itself seems great. However, the sizing was a bit off and the color looked a lot different. The biggest problem I have is the return procedure. They say you have 30 days after receipt but you have to wait for approval before returning. I am STILL waiting on approval after a week. Do they plan on waiting until the 30 days are top and then say "too bad. you took too long."?
